COMPLAINTS ABOUT YOUR LAWYER

Many of us have had to change our lawyer in Spain; some more than once, as they have not been working in our interests and have not been giving us the correct legal advice.

For the majority of us, when we have complained to their governing body, the 'Ilustrious Colegio de Abogados' (equivalent to the Law Society in England) nothing has been done to rectify or address our complaints.

If you have been affected in this way please forward to SPSP details of the lawyer's name, name of the company, and the details of your complaint against him/her.  This information will be collated and presented to the British and Spanish authorities and will add further weight to Our Petition.
